Shipping information

Our standard processing time is 3/4 working days for us to get your lovely items processed and boxed up before then getting handed over to New Zealand Post.

Please email hello@soflo.co.nz if you need your order urgently. I will do my best to get this out to you quickly.

We deliver all of our partyware with New Zealand Post and will send you a tracking number once allocated to track your items along the way.

Soflo is not responsible for delays to items within New Zealand Post . And we do not have control over loss or damage to goods that happened in transit or that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Important Information for Australian Orders:

NZ POST TO AUSTRALIA ESTIMATED 3-10 WORKING DAY $20.00

Please note we try our best to process your order in house in 3-4 business working days. Your order will then get handed over to NZ International post. Once it is handed over your order can take up to 10 working days depending on your location in Australia. Rural Addresses will be longer. We will send you a tracking number so you can track your order along the way.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMS & CLEARANCE.

  1. Customs and Clearance:
    Once your order leaves New Zealand, it may go through customs clearance processes and potential charges. These can result in delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
  2. Delivery Timeframe:
    Typically, international orders take between 3-10 days to reach you, excluding any customs-related delays.
  3. Duties and Taxes:
    Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are assessed when the package arrives in your country. Please note that the displayed price at checkout excludes these charges.
  4. Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) Basis:
    Your order will be shipped on a DDU basis, meaning all taxes and duties are not included in the checkout price. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact amount of these charges, as they are determined by local customs in your country.
  5. Payment for Customs Fees:
    Once your package arrives, the international carrier may request payment for local taxes and duties, or you might need to contact your local customs office to handle payment and arrange for the release of your package.
  6. Unclaimed Packages:
    If customs or the delivery provider holds an item and there is no response from the recipient, the item will be returned to us. In this case, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund issued for the item.

We are confident that you will love our partyware. However in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item please email us at hello@soflo.co.nz,
so we can arrange a replacement.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, or if you end up not using the products.
